The rating is based on the overall condition of the dwelling, grounds, location, fit and finish, as well as the material composition of the property. Our rating system also takes into consideration amenities offered, quality of furnishings, bedding, kitchen equipment, and luxury items such as electronics, internet access, pools, hot tubs, onsite laundry and more. When determining a rating, the size of the property, bedroom/bathroom count, and living space are all equally weighted based on what is common to the area. Upon completion of your VRP Certified Rating, VRP Media will provide you with a link to your online property evaluation. This link also contains your VRP Certified Rating logo which can be prominently displayed on your website, and advertised on any listing service you may use. You will have the ability to refer potential guests to your independently inspected, VRP Certified Rating. Your online certification will include professional photography of your property, a brief description including bedroom/bathroom counts, amenities, and luxury items.

Your VRP Certified Rating will be completed by an independent and unbiased Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Each and every appraiser is a trained professional with years of experience, and continuing education in order to maintain licensing. A VRP Certification and Rating will invoke confidence in your guest’s decision to book your property.
